How to increase your chances to review papers in the FM?

We strongly encourage those who registered as reviewers in the FM to maintain an up-to-date researcher profile on platforms like ORCID and Google Scholar. Please make sure to include your areas of expertise and publications. This gives the editors a good insight if the match between the reviewer expertise and the paper ready to be reviewed is close enough.

Reviewers evaluation

Additionally, please note that every review completed in Forests Monitor is evaluated by the lead editor. This process helps us assess the reviewers' performance. Achieving a high score as a reviewer increases your chances of being selected for future review opportunities. Therefore, please do your utmost when reviewing manuscripts, not only to respect your colleagues who have submitted papers but also to uphold the highest standards of our community-based journal.
